1. Official High School and College Transcripts These should be sent directly to the Admissions Office from each issuing institution. Request your transcripts at the time of or prior to submitting your application. They will be held on file if they arrive before your application form.
2. Official sat or ACT Scores For High School Students Official SAT or ACT scores for students currently enrolled in high school should be sent directly to the Admissions Office from the applicable testing agency.
3. English As A Foreign Language Proficiency Undergraduate applicants who have not completed a high school or bachelor's degree in which the language of instruction was English must take the Internet-Based TOEFL (iBT) or I.E.L.T.S. A minimum score of 80 is required on the iBT and a minimum score of 6.5 on the I.E.L.T.S. We do not participate in electronic download of scores from I.E.L.T.S. and no school code is required.
4. Portfolio Requirements Your portfolio is the single most important aspect of your application to Art Center. Read the directions below, and especially note that your portfolio must be oriented specifically to the one major for which you are applying. Different Professional Portfolio requirements are different, with reference to professional requirements.

1. English As A Foreign Language Proficiency Art Center welcomes international students and values cultural diversity in the classroom. All Art Center courses are conducted in English. Graduate applicants whose native language is other than English must score at least 100 on the Internet Based TOEFL (iBT) or 7 on the I.E.L.T.S. Scores must be sent directly from the testing service; institutional scores are not accepted. I.E.L.T.S. scores cannot be electronically downloaded by the College, and no institutional code is required.
