1: I was born into a family of very well-learned parents, who always teach me different things and encourage me to think further and step forward. I want very much to receive excellent education just like my parents did. My father is the Director of Guangzhou Urban Planning & Research Center. My mother works in Government Supply Bureau of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government. Although they are very busy, they always do their best to spend time with me and enjoy our family activities like travelling, picnic and so on. I love my family so much!
2: I was born into one of the nicest families in the world, as I always believe. I grew up with my father and mother under the same roof. We are a very united and happy family since the beginning. My father is the sales department manager in China Petrol Company and my mother runs her Advertising Company. In my family, we never hold anything from each other, my parents are not just my Dad and Mom, they are also my most trustful friends who are willing to offer me help and solace at any time. I love my family very much!

3. Describe your school life.
1: At school, I have about6-8 classes everyday, and my favorite subjects are Physics and History. I’m also the commissary in charge of publicity in my class, so whenever there’s a donation program or school event that requires our involvement, I would actively do the publicity job. I join in two organizations in my school, one is the Photography Association and the other is the Literature Society. I enjoy both very much because photography and literature are both my passions. Apart from these two, I’m also fairly passionate for table tennis and drama. I have taken part in table tennis competition of my school, and have also played the role of leading actress in the school’s Drama Cinderella.

1: Science subjects are my greatest interest, especially physics, chemistry and biology. These subjects help to open the door to many of the world’s mysteries. They satisfy my curiosity and train my logical, analytical and creative thinking skills. I also perform very well in these subjects, so they give me a sense of achievement. I have always enjoyed my passionate discussions with my teachers about scientific discoveries and wonders.
2: My favorite course is Mathematics. Because Mathematics requires strong logical and analytical abilities, which are what I’m good at. Math raises my motivation, and leads me into a world full of curiosity and wonders. I feel very happy learning this subject and I get a high score in this course.

5. Do you like reading- What kind of reading materials do you enjoy the most-/What reading have you enjoyed most in the past year and why-
1: I have read the Twilight series written by Stephanie Meyer. The four books are very attractive and inspiring. I find them compelling in that I see lots of creativity of the author in the book, and the characters shaped by the author are the most vivid of all books I’ve read so far. Another compelling aspect is that the book features high-school life in America, which is a kind of life I’m heading for. So I do see some common ground too.
2: I enjoy all sorts of reading. In the past year, I have spent a lot of time doing readings on science subjects as well as on autobiographies of historical figures. Because I believe science is the key to many of the mysteries on earth, and I have always wanted to unveil these mysteries and get to know the world we’re living in better. Besides, since my performance on these subjects is among the best in my class, they surely have given me confidence and more motivation to keep up the good work. As for autobiographies, these are the inspirational sources of my life. I learn the stories of Abraham Lincoln, of Thomas Edison, of Bill Clinton and so on, which has proved to be a very beneficiary habit.
